个人简介
Thomas O'Toole works at the Department of Management & Organisation, Waterford Institute of Technology. His research specialism is in the area of managing marketing relationships and networks; specifically, the governance and strength of inter-organisational relationships. On a theoretical level, the research uses social and relational exchange theory to examine collaborative governance modes and the strength of inter-firm cooperation. Current research themes include close relationship governance structures, collaborative innovation, entrepreneurial network capability and high tech entrepreneurial networks, social and digital media relationships and networks, and cross cultural relationship
