个人简介
Thomas K. Meehan received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo, CA, USA, in 1982.
He was the Co-PI for the GPS/MET instrument on the Micro-Lab Spacecraft that produced the first vertical profiles from global positioning system (GPS) radio occultations in 1995. He was the Task Manager for the GPS-on-a-Chip development effort that directly led to the BlackJack instrument for the CHAMP and SAC-C missions in 2000. He was the CogE for the Blackjack receivers of the COSMIC-1 mission. He is currently the Instrument Software Lead for the TriG GNSS receiver on the COSMIC-2 mission.
