I have over 40 years of teaching experience having taught all of the anatomical disciplines at Texas A&M University, St. George’s University in Grenada and, since 2009, at the University of Miami. I have received teaching awards at each of these institutions. My current research involves the ethical use of human tissues and I have over 60 peer-reviewed publications along with numerous book chapters and a well-regarded, clinically oriented neuroanatomy textbook.
