O. E. Tereshchenko

Oleg Tereshchenko received his MScdegree in 1996 from Novosibirsk State University (NSU) and PhD in 1999 from Institute of Semiconductor Physics. Currently he is working at the Institute of Semiconductor Physics. Since 2004 he is Associate Professor of NSU. The scientific interests cover the structural and electronic properties of semiconductor structures based on III-V compounds, covered by metallic and nonmetallic layers. The general emphasis made on the photocathodes obtained by activation to effective negative electron affinity.
