个人简介
I'm leading (together with Prof. Lauri Savioja) the Virtual Acoustics research team at the department of Media Technology at the Aalto University School of Science. Our aim is to create novel objective and subjective ways to evaluate concert hall acoustics and understand what humans perceive in concert halls. We also develop physically-based room acoustics modeling methods. In addition, my group is working on real-time sound rendering, in particular for augmented reality audio applications.
Specialties: Auralization, room acoustics modeling, perception of room acoustics, audio signal processing, eyes-free user interfaces
