主要研究领域包括微纳精细制备、二维半导体材料与器件,微系统及纳米技术在大健康和物联网上的交叉应用。发表SCI论文40余篇,包括一作或通讯Nature Nanotechnology,Chemical Society Reviews,Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano等,WoS引用3000次(一作单篇最高引用900次,5篇ESI高被引论文)。MRS、IEEE、APS等国际学术会议邀请报告十余次,IEEE NTC TC8委员,IEEE NMDC 2020和2022大会主席,国际三束及纳米制备技术会议(EIPBN)常务委员;中国材料学会青委会理事,江苏省复合材料学会青委会理事;Science第一个合作期刊Research副编辑,Microelectronic Engineering/Micro-Nano Engineering区域编辑,IET Micro&Nano Letters副编辑。主持国家和省部级人才项目3项,国家自然科学基金1项,中央高校合作重点专项1项。
