T. Ma

Teng Cai Ma graduated from Academy of Engineering Physics in Plasma Physics, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, in 1964. He engaged in controlled fusion plasms physics at the Institute of Atomic Energy and Southwestern Institute of Physics, China. In 1985, he joined the Dalian University of Technology and took charge to prepare the construction of State Key Laboratory of Materials Modification by Electron, Ion and Laser Beams and Plasma Research Laboratory. He has been actively involved in research on plasma physics process at low pressure, new materials synthesization by plasma, and surface modification since 1990. In these subject areas, he has authored some 150 papers published in journals including Physical Review, Journal of Applied Physica, and Physics Letters. Prof. Ma was a Vice-Chairman of Plasma Physics Society and an Associate Director of Professional Committee of Plasma Application Technology, China.
