Mohamed Hechmi JERIDI is an experienced Doctor Engineer in Communications Systems with expertise in radar technologies, spectrum management, wireless sensor networks, internet of things, and artificial intelligence. With a diverse background in education, professional training, and research, Mohamed has established himself as a valuable asset in the field of communications systems. Mohamed's academic credentials include completing relevant training programs, such as HarvardX Data Science – Probability, CCNA routing and switching, Internet of Things and Embedded Systems from the University of California, Irvine, and Google Machine Learning DevRel MENA Study Jams. He holds various certificates, including the Radars Deployment Specialty Certificate from Thales-Raytheon Systems Company, the Organizational/Intermediate Maintenance Level Course from Thales-Raytheon Systems Company, and the Frequency Management Course certificate from the Communications and Information System School in Italy. Mohamed has also received professional training certificates in project management and proficiency in arcade spectrum management tools. Throughout his teaching career, Mohamed has taught at prestigious institutions such as the Naval Academy, Military Academy, National School of Engineering of Tunis, transmission training center, Air defense training center, and Naval Specialty School. He has covered a wide range of modules, including wireless sensor networks, simulation techniques, radar systems, telecommunications techniques, sensors and instrumentation, maritime management and surveillance systems, digital systems design, software and control tools, mechatronics elements, and artificial intelligence. Mohamed has supervised end-of-study projects at institutions such as the Aeronautical Specialty School, EEM Military School, Military Academy, Naval Academy, and the National School of Engineering in Tunis. He has collaborated with public and private institutions for these projects, including the Primary Army Hospital of Instruction Tunis, General Directorate of Communications & Information Technology, ENSIT (IASRIA), STI Doctoral School, STMicroelectronics, ACTIA Engineering Services, and the Ministry of Agriculture. In terms of research experience, Mohamed has participated in national-scale projects, including the monitoring of sensitive infrastructures using IoT and AI techniques. His team was awarded the first prize in military scientific research for their contributions. He has also worked on the spectrum management project for the Ministry of National Defense and bilateral international projects between Tunisia and South Africa. Mohamed's research work has resulted in numerous publications in conferences, journal papers, and book chapters. In terms of work experience, Mohamed has held various technical roles in the field of telecommunications and information technology. He has worked as the head of technical development service, head of computer services, head of spectrum management, at the Directorate General of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Additionally, he has held positions in the aviation as the head of the Radio and Telecommunications Section and as an engineer in charge of frequency management.
