Bio
Tejas Jhaveri received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, in 2003, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, in 2007 and 2009, respectively.
He was the Co-founder and Principal Engineer with Fabbrix, Inc., Los Altos, CA, and has held positions with Photronics, Inc., Brookfield, CT, and Texas Instruments, Dallas. He is currently a Senior Engineer of Research and Development, Design-for-Manufacturability, with PDF Solutions, Pittsburgh, PA. He has published various papers and given talks in the area of microlithography and integrated circuit technology scaling. His research interests include lithography modeling, lithography friendly designs, design for manufacturability, integrated circuit technology scaling, and novel lithography strategies.
Dr. Jhaveri received the A. G. Milnes Award at Carnegie Mellon University and the Outstanding Undergraduate Student Award at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has also been a recipient of the International Society for Optical Engineers Student Scholarship.
