My research interest is to understand the cellular and circuitry mechanism of cognitive function (i.e., memory) and pathophysiological condition (i.e., epilepsy and sleep disorder). Toward this end I am performing extra-and intra-cellular recording in vitro slice preparation, combined with one/two photon Ca2+ imaging and digital holography.
