Bio

Niefeng Sun received the B.S. degree from Hebei University, Baoding, China, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2008. He is currently a Professor and the Head of the InP Group with the National Key Laboratory of ASIC, Hebei Semiconductor Research Institute, Shijiazhuang, China. His current research interest includes III–Vs bulk crystal growth, impurities and defects of InP, and novel electronic devices and applications.
