Sultan Almakdi received the B.S. degree in computer science from King Khalid University, Abha, Saudi Arabia, in 2010, the M.S. degree in computer science from the University of Colorado Denver, Denver, CO, USA, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Arkansas, Fayettiville, AR, USA, in 2020. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, Najran University, Saudi Arabia. His research interests include cloud security, fog security, edge computing security, the IoT security, and computer security. He received the Graduate Certificate in cybersecurity from the University of Arkansas, in 2020.
