· Topological Insulators/Semimetals for spin-pumping and TeraHertz radiation generation applications-
Bi2Te3, Cr-intercalated Bi2Te3, PdTe2, etc. (grown by DC-sputtering)
· Skyrmions in Magnetic Multilayers –
Co2FeAl/MgO
· Half Metallic and Spin Gap-Less Semiconducting thin films –
Co2FeAl, Co2(Fe1-xCrx)Al, Co2MnAl, Co2MnGa, Co2MnSi, CoFeMnSi, CoFeCrGe, CoFeMnGe, t-MnAl, MnGe, Fe3O4, etc. (grown by DC-sputtering)
· Ferromagnetic Resonance (FMR) studies for spin-pumping in FM/NM bilayers –
CoFeB/Ta, NiFe/Ta, NiFe/W, CoFe/W, Fe3O4/Ta, etc.
· Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR) in Magnetic Tunnel Junctions (MTJs) –
MgO based MTJs (prepared in situ by shadow masking employing ion-beam sputtering)
