个人简介
He was responsible for the development of both the engineering and scientific algorithms, including calibration. His involvement in Soil Moisture and Ocean Salinity (SMOS) started in 2004, with the development of the scientific algorithms, and the coordination of the validation team. He will be managing the algorithm evolution and data product validation activities for SMOS, during the exploitation phase.
