Dr. Goodman is Owner-Consultant of Steven J. Goodman dba Thunderbolt Global Analytics. TGA is a Global Science, Technology, and Engineering Services, Company. He was most recently a senior scientist (retired) for the Geostationary Satellite Program at NOAA NESDIS from 2008-2017 located at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. From 2007-2008 he was the Deputy Director of the Office of Satellite Applications and Research in NOAA/NESDIS and prior to that he was a Senior Scientist and Manager of the Earth Science Office at NASA's George C. Marshall Space Flight Center.
