Stephen Mifsud

Studying nature was my passion since young age Back in 2002 I was inspired to create the website MaltaWildPlants.com (which I still update till present date). Later I read two M.Sc. - in taxonomy of plants and rural science (mycology) while conducting research in botany and mycology within the ecoGozo Directorate for these 18 years. I authored over 70 papers, incl. redlist assessments for IUCN and a book about the orchids of the Maltese Islands. I hope nature conservation benefits from my work.
