Stephane Collina

Stéphane Collin received the Ph.D. degree from University Paris 6, France, in 2002. He held a post-doctoral position at EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland. He joined the CNRS in 2003. His research topics are mainly focused on the fundamental properties of semiconductor nanostructures (light-matter interactions and carrier dynamics) and their application to solar photovoltaics. He is strongly involved in the development of ultrathin solar cells for III–V semiconductors and thin-film materials. He is also responsible for a unique spectroscopy platform based on time-resolved cathodoluminescence.
