I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Forest and Wildlife Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My primary research interests include, but are not limited to, global change ecology, community ecology, biogeography, and conservation ecology. I use a variety of statistical techniques to address questions pertaining to current species distributions and changes in large-scale biodiversity patterns. Currently I am examining the role of snow cover in winter biodiversity patterns.
