Soumyadeep Mukherjee

As a biologist who likes to look at the bigger picture of the biological events, my major interest lies in deciphering the mechanistic details of any living system from a systems biology approach. Primarily interested in infection, immunology and cancer biology, the goal of my present work stands on the crossroads of all three: where I try to understand the impact of infection or autoimmunity-associated inflammation on T cell development in terms of T-lineage commitment and TCR-responsiveness.
