个人简介
Sophie Pailot-Bonnétat received the M.Sc.Eng. degree in geosciences and environmental engineering from the Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle, Beauvais, France, in 2019, and the master’s degree in earth sciences and planets, environment from Université Clermont-Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand, France, in 2019, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Laboratoire Magmas et Volcans.
During her undergraduate studies, she trained on mining engineering at the UniLaSalle Institute, Beauvais, FR. As a team member, she participated in a competitive industrial project on quarry prospection automatization sponsored by a French company. She focused on volcanological processes during internships, summer schools, and at Université Clermont-Auvergne. She is looking to merge her modelization and geophysics skills to her interest for remote sensing applied to volcanology. She is working on infrared thermal remote sensing applied to hydrothermal systems.
Ms. Pailot-Bonnétat has previously presented at the Cities and Volcanoes 11 Conference in 2022 and participated in the European Geophysical Union (EGU) and Rittmann Conferences in 2022.
