He won the New Century Excellent Talents in University Award, Ministry of Education, China. And won the Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation Award for Outstanding Young Teachers in Universities of China. He is a senior member of the IEEE, a member of Power Systems Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering (CSEE) and a member of Energy Storage Special Committee of The Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China（CIESC）. He is on the editorial board for Chinese Journal of Electric Power Automation Equipment, Chinese Journal of Science and Technology of Energy Storage System, Modern Electric Power. His research interests are microgrid, smart distribution system, and uncertainty analysis of power system.
