Dr. Shiyuan Zhong currently works at the Department of Geography, Environment and Spatial Sciences at Michigan State University. Dr. Zhong does research in fire weather and climate, mountain meteorology, land-atmosphere interactions, air pollution and atmospheric dispersion, and regional climate variability and change. The current project she is involved is 'Multi-scale Analyses of Wildland Fire Combustion Processes in Open-canopied Forests using Coupled and Iteratively Informed Laboratory-, Field-, and Model-based Approaches.'.
