Shing-Hong Liu received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from the Feng-Jia University, Taizhon, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1990, the M.S. degree in biomedical engineering from the National Cheng-Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical and Control Engineering at the National Chiao-Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2002. Since August 1994, he has been a Lecturer in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Yuanpei University of Science and Technology, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., and is an Associate Professor from 2002. His current research interests are digital signal processing, fuzzy control, and designing biomedical instrument.
