Bio
翟慎强,男,中科院青促会会员,2022年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金资助。长期从事中远红外半导体量子级联激光器(QCL)的材料外延生长、器件物理及其应用研究。通过有源区能带结构设计创新和生长方案优化,突破MOCVD生长QCL材料界面质量差的瓶颈,研制出3.5~11μm系列波长高性能QCL材料及器件,解决传统采用MBE生长存在的效率低、产能不足问题,对于推动QCL技术走向产业化应用具有重要意义;发展出多能态斜跃迁宽调谐材料结构,突破调谐范围小的瓶颈,研制出不同中心波长宽增益QCL材料与器件,大幅拓展调谐频谱范围,并成功应用于典型爆炸物TNT的高灵敏检测,灵敏度达到500ng/cm2,为爆炸物、危险品等新型传感应用提供全新技术路径。在ACS Photonics、Photonics research、Nano Research等期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇,申请发明专利20余项。
