Sheng Zheng(郑胜)

Sheng Zheng received the M.S. degree in wireless electronics from Huazhong Normal University, Wuhan, China, in 1992 and the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, in 2005. From January to May 2006, he was a Visiting Scholar with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Kowloon, Hong Kong. He is currently with the Institute of Intelligent Vision and Image Information, College of Electrical and Information Engineering, China Three Gorges University, Yichang, and also with the Electronic and Information Engineering Department, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has published more than 40 papers. His research interests include image processing, object recognition, computer vision, neural networks, and intelligent control.
