Bio

Sheikh Z. Ahmed (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree from BRAC University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2014. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, USA. His research interests include the computational study of nanoelectronic and photonic devices, quantum transport, and compact modeling. He is also a Member of the APS and SPIE.
