个人简介
Identifying new compounds by bioconversion using bacterial beta glucosidase from food sources is one of my current area of research, apart from studies on in vitro culture of withania somnifera and understanding the biosynthetic pathway by transcriptome analysis. My future research plan is in the frontier area of Systems biology where, genomics, proteomics and metabolomics of in vitro cultured tissues of withania will be integrated to understand and augment the biosynthesis of withanolides.
