Bio

Our group studies post-resuscitation cardiac arrest care, and clinical management of severe stroke. We maintain a large cardiac arrest database, co-lead the international cardiac arrest registry (INTCAR), and conduct multiple translational projects targeting development of novel neuroprotectants. I served as US PI for the SETPOINT2 trial (NCT02377167), and am currently PI for a NIGMS - funded study looking at the role of neutrophil activation after cardiac arrest.
