Sebastien Celestin received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Ecole Centrale Paris, Paris, France, in 2008. He was appointed as a Post-Doctoral Scholar in 2009 and subsequently as a Research Associate with The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA, in 2011. He has been an Assistant Professor of Physics with the Laboratory of Physics and Chemistry of the Environment and Space, University of Orléans, Orléans, France, since 2012. His current research interests include atmospheric and space electrodynamics.
