Bio

Samuel Pichardo (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in imaging and systems from INSA Lyon, Lyon, France, in 2005. He conducted his research at the INSERM LabTau Laboratory, during his Ph.D. degree. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Sunnybrook Research Institute, Toronto, ON, Canada. From 2008 to 2017, he was a Scientist with the Thunder Bay Regional Health Research Institute, Thunder Bay, ON, Canada. In 2017, he joined the Department of Radiology and the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada, as an Associate Professor and a member of the Hotchkiss Brain Institute.
