Bio
Samantha T. Jaszewski (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, USA, in 2023.
Her work focuses on the effects of deposition and processing parameters on the ferroelectric properties of hafnium oxide thin films.
Dr. Jaszewski was a recipient of the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship and the UVA L. William Ballard Jr. Endowed Fellowship.
