Bio
Saikiran Bulusu (S’16) received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communications engineering from the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, in 2009, and the M.Tech. degree in communication engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, in 2012. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, USA. He was a Project Associate with the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. His research interests include the design and performance analysis of partial feedback schemes for rate adaptation and resource allocation in D2D systems.
