Sunil R Sarath Kumar

S. R. Sarath Kumar received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and M.Phil. degrees in physics and the B.Ed. degree in physical sciences from the University of Kerala, Kerala, India. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in physics at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai. His research interests include ion beam analysis of thin films and interfaces, oxide based diluted magnetic semiconducting thin films for semiconductor spintronics and thermopower studies of semiconducting thin films. Mr. Sarath Kumar is a recipient of both the Junior and Senior Research Fellowships from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), India.
