Steven J. Spector

Steven J. Spector received the B.S.E. degree in engineering physics from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA, in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in physics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (now, Stony Brook University), Stony Brook, NY, USA, in 1997. After the Ph.D. degree, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Bell Laboratories, developing EUV lithography. From 1999 to 2015, he was with MIT Lincoln Laboratories, where he lead silicon photonics efforts and was also responsible for a number of projects in nanofabrication. He is currently the Photonic Systems Group Leader and a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff with Draper, he leads efforts in integrated photonics, imaging, and LiDAR.
