Ruth A. Branch received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics and the M.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA, in 1998, 1999, and 2003, respectively, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department. Her research interests include infrared remote sensing and water surface elevation changes to discharge.
