Rong SENG Chang

Rong-Seng Chang received the M.S. degree in lasers and electrooptics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel, in 1972 and the Ph.D. degree from the Optical Sciences Center, University of Arizona, Tucson, in 1982. He is currently a Professor at the Institute of Optical Science, National Central University, Chung-Li, Taiwan, R.O.C. His current research interests are in optical design, image processing, and biochips.
