Rohit Pradhan

Rohit Pradhan received the B.Tech. degree in physical sciences from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Trivandrum, India, in 2013. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with IIT Kharagpur, Kharagpur, India. He has been a Scientist with the Space Applications Centre, ISRO, Ahmedabad, India, since 2013, working in the field of land hydrology. His work focuses on using satellite observations of stable water isotopes for understanding surface hydrological processes. He has also worked on hydrological applications of space-borne scatterometers like oceansat scatterometer (OSCAT) and SCATSAT-1 for retrieval of floods and river discharge.
