个人简介
Rohit P. Prasankumar received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, Austin, in 1997, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, in 1999 and 2003.
In August 2003, he became a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), Los Alamos, NM, where he was engaged in research on the measurements of ultrafast mid-to-far-infrared dynamics in semiconductor nanostructures and strongly correlated compounds. In February 2006, he then became a Technical Staff Member at the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies, LANL, where he is currently engaged in research on the measurement of dynamics in complex functional materials with high temporal and spatial resolution over a broad spectral range. He is a coauthor of more than 30 papers, which include two invited review papers, and has recently finished co-editing a book, Optical Techniques for Characterizing Solid-State Materials (Taylor & Francis).
