Roger Nicolas Alegret

Roger Nicolas Alegret (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the degree in computer engineering from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2014, where he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Microelectronics Department. He is doing his Ph.D. in collaboration with Alternative Energy Innovations SL (AEInnova), a spin-off of the Microelectronics Department, Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is the Co-Founder of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. His research interests include IoT data routing and IoT energy management for battery-less systems. He has been working on one national project related to sensor networks (CDTI Neotec), and an H2020 Project and LIFE program project (both from the European Commission) related to IoT + Harvesting, and one FIWARE project (European Commission) project related to big data analysis.
