Rodney K. Edwards received the B.S. degree from Houston Baptist University, Houston, TX, and the medical degree from the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center. He completed residency and fellowship training at the University of Florida, Gainesville, and received the M.Sc. degree in clinical investigation during his fellowship. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Florida. He is involved in clinical care, teaching, and research. His research efforts focus on infections in pregnancy and other areas of clinical obstetrics. Dr. Edwards is Board Certified both in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
