Roberto has built over the years a personal divergent view and vision on the future of communications far from the dominant mainstream: software and IT solutions will dominate and take over the old traditional solutions (and way of thinking) of Telcos.
His view is appreciated internally to the company and Internationally.
He puts together a passion for research with the needs to move it to practical use and exploitation.
Current Research Areas covered: Internet of Things, Software Network (self-organization, peer to peer), Smart Cities and leverage of Cultural Heritage.
