Robert R. Sinclair

I am a Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Clemson University. My research focuses on occupational health psychology, which concerns how individual and organizational factors influence workers' safety, health, and well-being. I am Past-President of the Society for Occupational Health Psychology, the Founding/Current Editor-in-Chief for Occupational Health Science, and Associate Editor for the Journal of Business and Psychology.
