In daily practice my main activities are focused on oncology and minimal invasive urology, laparoscopy and the treatment of (complex) stones in the urinary tract. For me, highly specialized patient care, education of students, stimulation of (basal) research, training of the next generation of urologists, post-doc training of colleagues, but also innovations and interactions in these areas are the ingredients of a daily challenge in the LUMC.
