I lead daily operations within Vector Psychometric Group. These efforts include project coordination, contracts, and personnel. In addition to these duties, I regularly participate in projects as a quantitative psychologist / psychometrician. My research focuses on modern psychometrics with an emphasis on measurement invariance in longitudinal models within the factor analysis, structural equation, and item response theory frameworks.
