个人简介
I work across land and water resources. I collaborate widely to deliver solutions that enable land to be looked after in the production of food and fibre while minimising effects on water quality. These solutions range from the optimisation of nutrient use and effects in freshwaters, through to the spatial and temporal placement of cost-effective mitigations to prevent nutrients, sediment or faecal bacteria breeching water quality limits and plans. Much of my work has been used in policy and industry guidelines that have already helped to improve water quality. I aim to make further improvements by joining water quality expectations with practical on-farm solutions. My work has been acknowledged with various awards including fellowship of the Royal Society of New Zealand Te Aparangi.
