Richard Morley

I have substantial experience and expertise in the engagement and involvement of patients, carers and the public in health and social research. This includes leading the development and implementation of strategies to involve people at an organisational and individual project level, and the involvement of people in research priority setting. I also have significant prior experience of work in community development and engagement in the voluntary, public and higher education sectors. My skills lie in the building of positive relationships, facilitation, strategy development and leadership, networking, project development, and communication. I strive always to work in ways that honour my values which are to share power, be transparent, inclusive, and collaborative. I am an enthusiastic and energetic self-starter.
