My research focuses on nurse education, nursing workforce, and nurses' health and wellbeing. I have a passion for interdisciplinary research that brings people, ideas and disciplines together to solve some of the most challenging issues in nursing policy, practice and education. As a result I have published widely with international colleagues across the fields of nursing education, population and public health, and health geography.
