个人简介
My research interests are centred on the clinical translation of biomedical engineering, primarily through tissue engineering, drug delivery, medical devices, and regenerative medicine, to provide healthcare solutions for debilitating conditions, which contributes to the UCL Grand Challenge of Human Wellbeing. To enable this, my group has strong inter-disciplinary research and teaching collaborations with other UCL groups in the Faculties of Engineering, Life Sciences, Mathematical & Physical Sciences, and Medical Sciences, as well as clinical and surgical collaborations with the affiliated University College London Hospitals. Our group works closely with the UCL Translational Research Office and UCL Business to ensure our day-to-day research is clinically translated and commercialised is in timely manner to achieve public benefit.
