I’m a molecular biologist and writer. My main research interest is chemical ecology, particularly olfactory receptors. I currently work as a postdoc at Lund University in Sweden. My research involves the functional characterization and evolution of odorant receptors in several species of bark beetles, which are major pests of coniferous forests worldwide. I am passionate about teaching, women in STEM and science communication.
