Rasul Tutunov

Rasul Tutunov received the bachelor's and master's degrees in applied physics and mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Moscow, Russia, in 2007 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science with focus on distributed optimization from the Computer and Information Science Department, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in 2017. He is a Senior Machine Learning Researcher with Huawei Technologies Research and Development, Cambridge, U.K. Previously, he was a Senior Machine Learning Researcher with PROWLER.io., Cambridge, U.K. His research interests include distributed optimization, graph theory, machine learning, and large-scale optimization with application to “big-data” problems.
